Safety in all Rasch Construction & Engineering operations is not just a corporate goal, it is a requirement!

Compliance to safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are a condition of employment with Rasch Construction. Failure to comply with established safe work practices by Sub-Contractors is a breach of contract terms.

Visitors to any Rasch Construction & Engineering operation are obligated to conform to any and all safety regulations in effect during the time of their visit.

Such are a few of the safe work commitments addressed in the Rasch Construction & Engineering Safety Policy. Acknowledged by Lake County Contractors Association for Safety Achievement Awards in 2000 and again in 2002, we persist in our efforts to set new milestones in protecting our workers from injuries and accidents that haunt our craft persons daily.

Patrick Sankey (pictured above right) has joined the Rasch team as of May 8, 2006 as the Safety Manager. Patrick comes with a background of EMT-B training, First Aid/CPR American Red Cross instructor, experience as a Radiation Protection Technician and a Safety Department Manager at a construction site in Nelson Illinois. With the addition of Patrick, Rasch Construction & Engineering can now offer ARC First Aid and/or CPR training along with Confined Space and other safety topic classes.

Our aim is to remain an asset to our surrounding area, employing local crafts persons, and together with our clients and customers, helping to build a prosperous and growing community.
