Rasch was the general contractor on this project very close to the president's heart being a firefighter. It involves removing the exterior brick and siding and drywall from the interior side of the perimeter walls. The purpose of the project is to provide a weatherproofing and insulation value to the existing interior block cavity wall that originally was not constructed to today's standards for wall ventilation and insulation value. The interior of the walls has new drywall and paint along with some electrical modifications while the outside is being clad with new metal panel wall system.
